The user and Xinqi Sunshine Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "service provider") have signed this service agreement. This service agreement applies to all ticket purchasers (hereinafter referred to as "you or users"), including individual, group, and unit users. Before purchasing tickets, please read and fully comprehend the terms of this service agreement. If you disagree with any of the contents of this service agreement, please do not proceed. otherwise, it means that you have agreed and accepted all of the contents of this service agreement.
I. User information
When using the ticketing service, you must follow the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and ensure the authenticity of your information, as well as the following commitments:
1. The user will not be notified separately when the terms of this service agreement change, and the user can always access the most recent terms of the service agreement through the ticket purchasing system. The user has the right to use the ticketing system service only if he agrees to follow the applicable laws and regulations as well as the contents of this service agreement, regardless of whether the user intends to access or use this service.
If the user does not agree with the modification of the service provider's relevant terms, he has the right to discontinue using all of the service provider's services. You will be deemed to have accepted the most recent terms of service if you continue to use the service.
3. All participants must register in the real-name registration system, according to regulations of public security organs. To register, please use the name that appears on your ID card and your mobile phone number, and make sure that the company name, position, mobile phone number, email address, name, ID number (for non-mainland ID card holders, please fill in passport number, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan compatriot ID number, etc.) and other information is correct and legal.
4. Users must actively update relevant information when their registration and participation information changes in order to ensure the accuracy and legality of the information when using it. If the information cannot be authenticated due to the user's own operation, affecting the relevant rights and interests of the participants, the user is responsible for the consequences.
II. The service content
1. The cost of conference tickets varies depending on the project type. Specific fares can be found on the ticket purchase details page.
2. The service provider provides users with the service of purchasing conference tickets and strives to meet the maximum number of users' ticket purchasing needs.
3. The conference agenda and information about conference guests are subject to the most recent official announcement of the conference.
III. The rules of use
1. When using the ticket purchase service, users must provide accurate personal information. If users
bear the consequences of unsuccessful ticket purchases caused by incorrect or incomplete personal data
provided by users, the service provider has the right to interrupt or terminate the ticket purchase
service to users at any time without prior notice:
(1) The personal information provided by users is
false.
(2) The user violates the service agreement's usage guidelines.
2. When using the ticket purchasing service, users must adhere to the following principles:
(1) Do not
abuse the network service system in any way.
(2) Comply with all network protocols, rules, and
procedures pertaining to network services.
(3) Do not use the ticketing service system to engage in
any
behavior that could jeopardize the normal operation of the Internet.
(4) Do not use the ticketing
service system to send harassing, slanderous, abusive, intimidating, vulgar and obscene information, or
any other illegal information.
(5) Do not use the ticketing service system to engage in any conduct
that
is detrimental to the conference or the service provider.
3. In order to protect users' interests, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the corresponding ticket purchase order for unusual ticket purchases.
4. Tickets are limited-time credentials for attending the conference. Any ticket returns will jeopardize the organizers' and other participants' legitimate rights and interests. When purchasing tickets, please double-check your order information and place your order carefully.
5. Tickets are merely identification for participation. Before attending the conference, participants should complete online registration and real-name authentication in accordance with the participation process of relevant conferences.
6. User commitment:
(1) If the entrusted user purchases tickets on behalf of others, the entrusted user
promises that he has obtained the full authorization of the principal to submit the confirmation of
legal documents, including this service agreement, on behalf of the principal, and the confirmation of
this service agreement and legal documents related to ticket purchase by the entrusted user is reg If
the entrusted user violates the above commitments, the entrusted user will bear the consequences and
responsibilities.
(2) You agree that the conference organizer has the right to change the conference's
schedule and arrangement, and you agree not to request a refund or exchange of tickets as a result of
the change in the conference's schedule and arrangement.
(3) If a user who has purchased a ticket wishes
to return it, he or she must do so within the online ticketing time limit for the conference. If the
user proposes to return the ticket after the conference's online ticketing time has expired, the service
provider will no longer accept it. Because the entire group ticket or package has benefited from the
corresponding preferential discount, if the user who purchased the group ticket or package requests a
refund, the refund must include the entire group ticket or package purchased, and the service provider
will not accept a refund for only some of the tickets.
7. No one may create a mirror image of this service website without the permission of the service provider.
8. The service provider provides the ticket purchase service in accordance with the current status and functions. The service provider does not guarantee that the ticketing service will be available at all times or without errors. The user agrees to use the service at his own risk in accordance with the current situation and current function of the ticket purchase service.
9. In the event of a conference cancellation or postponement, the service provider will publicize relevant information on the relevant conference pages on the official website. The actual holding time and meeting schedule of the conference will be publicized on the relevant conference's official website page.
10. The service provider reserves the right to change the agenda's content and time. The service provider is not liable for changes to the agenda and speakers, as well as meeting cancellation or postponement due to force majeure. We will update the agenda and speaker information on the website as soon as possible, or we will notify all participants separately.
IV. Change/refund
1. This service is only for personal use. Participants may not be cancelled or changed once the on-site check-in is completed. If you need to change your ticket, please buy a new one.
2. If you confirm that you will be unable to attend, please contact the service provider 48 hours before the meeting to complete the change of attendance.
3. If the meeting is canceled due to your fault, the service provider will charge you damages, and the charging standards are as follows: The meeting will be charged 50% of the total contract amount 60 days (inclusive) before it begins. 70% of the total contract amount will be charged 59 (inclusive) -30 days prior to the meeting's start date. Collect 100% of the total contract amount within 29 days of the meeting's start date. Participation cancellation only supports the original channel refund.
4. Gifted/transferred tickets are non-refundable, as are invoiced orders.
V. Participants
1. Professional admission: The service provider hosts industry professional meetings, and only professionals, media, research institutions, and other personnel are permitted to attend. According to this clause, the service provider has the right to review and evaluate the registered users.
2. Minors are not permitted to enter: Minors are not permitted to enter conferences and exhibitions, and the service provider reserves the right to restrict minors and their guardians at any time.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights and Confidentiality
Any text, images, or video materials contained in the service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, and the above materials may not be rewritten or published in any channel without the express permission of the relevant obligee. The service provider will not compensate for or be liable for inaccuracies in the process of generating the above information. If a third party or service suffers losses, the user is liable for compensation.
VII. Force Majeure
The service provider will not be liable if the performance of the contents of this document is rendered impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events. As used in this Agreement, Force Majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances, such as war, typhoon, flood, fire, lightning strike or earthquake, strike, riot, legal diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, technical control of the telecommunications sector, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters.
VIII. Others
1. The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on the mainland.
2. Please read the clauses in this agreement that are clearly marked in bold.
3. Xinqi Sunshine Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. owns the final interpretation rights to this service agreement.
4. Any dispute arising from the content of this Agreement or its implementation shall be resolved amicably by both parties. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court where the service provider is located or in its superior people's court, whichever is the more powerful.
